Tea holds many age-old traditions that have nourished the minds, bodies, and spirits of people for millennia. This ancient practice serves as plant medicine — a path toward self-realization and a means of cultivating radical presence.
In the sacred space of a Tea ceremony, the simple act of brewing Tea becomes a dance of water and leaves, engaging all the senses and guiding us to listen beyond the boundaries of sound. As we partake in this profound ritual, we explore the depths of being and touch the Mystery that surrounds us, awakening our innate wisdom and serenity.
Tea is not merely a beverage, but a transformative journey — an invitation to embrace the beauty of the present moment and to connect with the world around us and within us.

“Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world earth revolves – slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future. Live the actual moment. Only this moment is life.”
~ Thich Nhat Hanh
